Alessia Castelletti

Originally from the Marche italian region, Milanese by adoption, she lives and works in Milan where she writes about Food and Wine. After completing the classical studies high school, she obtained a law degree from the University of Milan, and completed the AIS [Italian Association of Sommelier] training courses for Sommeliers and Official Tasters as well as a Master in Marketing of Fine Foods and Beverages at Bocconi University. The skills gained in the tasting group of the AIS Guides and a two-year period in The International Chef Congress Identità Golose, in specific contact with chefs at congresses, have prepared her to work as an editor for wine and food company websites, specialized magazines and on series from publishing houses in the sector.
