Macigno del Chianti, soil commonly called Arenarie, composed by sands and rocks, well drained and furnished with little organic matter.
Grapes have been selected and handpicked on September 25, 2020.
Destemmed and softly pressed grapes are vinified with the skins in cocciopesto amphorae, at a controlled temperature of 14°C (57.2°F), for up to three months.
12 months: 40% in amphorae, 30% in stainless steel tanks and the remaining 30% in two and three-year old barriques.
