Sundays at the Castle
A day at Brolio: lunch at our Osteria and guided tour of the castle (some rooms of the Ricasolis’ private apartment will be exceptionally open)

- Butter squash and herbs pie on Tuscan pecorino cheese cream
- Tagliatelle with the Baron’s ragù
- Black cabbage & pecorino cream risotto
- Stake tagliata with rosemary and potatoes
- Tiramisù

GUIDED TOUR AT BROLIO CASTLE
San Jacopo Chapel, Ricasoli Collection, Ricasoli’s private apartment, gardens.
Transfer to the castle ticket office with your own veichle.
